摘　　要：通过对全国第八届大学生运动会江苏女子排球队6场比赛临场观察,并对技术统计进行分析,分析江苏女排在比赛中技战术上的优势及弱势,为江苏女子排球队今后的训练方向及技战术发展提供参考依据。Researching on the technique and tactic of Jiangsu women volleyball team in the eighth college student sports, to statistically analyze the technique, to find their advantages and disadvantages in this games, and to provide references for their future training orientation and future technical and tactical development.
