摘　　要：目前,误用和错用问卷调查及统计学数据处理的现象时有发生。就问卷的设计、受试者选取、问卷的发放回收及数据处理的统计学方法的选用等方面作了阐述及说明,以期达到正确使用并更好提升问卷调查在体育科学研究中应用之目的。The purpose of this study is to review and illustrate the appropriate applications of questionnaire in research of physical activity.The principles and procedures of questionnaire design,sample selection,mail sending and returning,and the statistical analysis were mentioned and demonstrated.It is expected that this paper may contribute and benefit to the knowledge of researchers,postgraduate students in the research of physical activity.
