摘　　要：随着环保法规的相继出台及人们环境保护意识的增强,逆向物流表现出很强的社会和经济价值,引起了国内外理论界和实务界的极大关注。在对国内外逆向物流研究成果分析和总结的基础上,文中站在生产型企业的角度,根据目前世界范围内逆向物流的三种模式,即自营、联营、外包模式,构建了综合指标体系,利用模糊综合分析法研究企业逆向物流模式的选择问题。Along with environmental protection laws and regulations＇ releasing and enhancement of the people environmental protection consciousness, the reverse logistics has displayed the great social and economic value and caused the domestic and foreign theorists and the practical realm enormous attention. On the base of domestic and foreign resesrch achievements, this article research the choice of enterprise reverse logistics pattern, standing in the part of production enterprises.
