摘　　要：通过介绍医院领导行为模式的发展变化,提出新的医院领导行为模式中领导人员地位更加突出,有鉴于此,应用实例提出如何针对领导人员进行决策作风与领导作风的评价,并提示了在新的医院领导行为模式指导下领导人员应重视的工作。The contents of leadership performance in hospital increase a lot with the development of the socialist market economy. The article introduces the change of leadership performance in hospital and the status of leader in hospital become increasingly importance. It has to evaluate their decision style, leadership style for further reform.
