摘 要:合成了AM/AM陷/NVP三元聚合物。即降滤失剂WH-1。简介了合成方法。在4%黏土淡水基浆和4%黏土复合盐水(4%NaCl+12%CaCl2)基浆中考察了WH-1的性能。根据180℃老化前后的性能,WH-1在淡水基浆中的适宜加量为1.0%,可使老化前API滤失量由25mL降至5mL,老化后滤失量维持8mL。加入1.0%WH-1的淡水钻井液老化后的滤失量,随老化温度升高(150℃~240℃)而增大(6~15mL),抗温可达220℃。加入1.5%WH-1的复合盐水基浆,使180℃老化前后的API滤失量分别降至10、18mL,高温高压(150℃,3.5MPa)滤失量分别降至25、37mL。WH-1的降滤失性能及抗温、抗钙性能优于在用的3种降滤失剂。WH-1已用于多口油井钻井。简介了在埕北307井和孤北古2井4057m以下、井底温度140℃的井段使用WH-1控制钻井液滤失量的效果。表6参3。An AM/AMPS/NVP tercopolymer is prepared for use in salt (sea) water drilling fluid as fluid loss reducer WH-1. The method of synthesis is presented concisely. Its performance properties in 4% betonite fresh water and 4% NaCl + 12% CaCl2 mixed salt water muds are investigated. The proper dosage of WH-1 in the fresh water mud (FWM) is of 1.0%. With 1.0% WH-1 added, the API filtrate loss of FWM is decreased from 25 mL to 5 mL before ageing, is kept at 8 mL after ageing at 180℃ and is decreased gradually from 6 mL to 15 mL after ageing with the ageing temperature increasing from 150℃ to 240℃ ; the thermal resistance of WH-1 is as high as 220℃. For the mixed salt water mud with 1.5% WH-1 added, the API filtrate loss before and after ageing at 180℃ is decreased down to 10 and 18 mL and HTHP ( 150℃ and 3.5 MPa) filtrate loss-to 25 and 37 mL , respectively. In filtrate loss reduction, thermal resistance, and calcium tolerancy, WH-1 is superior to 3 filtrate loss reducers presently used. WH-1 has been used in drilling a lot of oil wells. The filtrate loss control using WH-1 in well CB-307 and in well section below - 4057 m with bottom temperature 140℃ of well G2 of Gubei is presented shortly.
