摘  要:研究了聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)交联的聚合物强冻胶(强凝胶)的成冻性能。成冻液用4.0g/LNaCl盐水配制。组分选择结果如下:从冻胶90℃、2个月稳定性考虑,在4种聚合物中,M=8.0×10^6、HD=5%的HPAMDF800最好,M=1.5×10^4的PEIQL1001-C3好于M=3×10^3的QL-1001-C1。发表了DFS00/QL1001-C3体系在75℃、90℃、105℃下的成冻时间(形成G级凝胶的时间)等值图和突破真空度(冻胶强度)等值图,及1.5%/1.2%、1.2%/0.6%、0.9%/0.3%的DF800/QL-1001-C3体系在3个温度下的2项性能数据,表明PEI冻胶的成冻规律与一般冻胶相同,即聚合物、交联剂用量增大,成冻温度升高,则成冻时间缩短,成冻强度增大。pH值6~7时成冻时间较短。配液盐水中NaCl浓度由5.0g/L增至30g/L时,1.2%/0.6%体系成冻时间延长,成冻强度下降。碳酸钙、石英砂对该体系的成冻性能无影响。PEI毒性小,推荐该体系用于海上油田堵水调剖。图8表4参7。The gelling behavior of polyacrylamide/polyethyleneimide(PEI) aqueous system is studied experimentally. The gelling system is prepared in 4.0 g/L NaCl aqueous solution. The component selection according to gel stability at 90℃ in 2 months shows that of 4 polymers tested, an HPAM, DFS00, with M= 8.0×10^6 and HD = 5% is chosen and as crosslinker, PEI QL-1001-C3 with M = 1.5×10^4 is better than QL-1001-C1 with M = 3.0×10^3. The contour maps of gelation time, the time needed for a gel strength to reach grade G, and of breakthrough pressure, expressing gel strength, are depicted for DF800/QL-1001-C3 system at 75℃, 90℃ and 105℃ and the data of the 2 characteristics at the above mentioned temperatures are presented for 1.5 %/1.2 %, 1. 2%/0.6% and 0.9%/0.3% DFS00/QL-1001-C3 system. The gelation of this system is shown to be similar to that of common polymer gelling systems in that the gelation time becomes shorter and the gel strength becomes higher when the HPAM and crosslinker concentration or temperature is raised. These 2 characteristics of 1.2 %/0.6 % system undergo complicated changes in pH range 3.63-10.03 and shorter gelation t/me is measured at pH 6-7. The NaCl concentration in solution for preparing 1.2%/0.6% system is increased from 5.0 g/L to 30 g/L, continuous elongation in gelation time and increase in gel strength are observed. CaCO3 or quarz introduced practically doed not affect the geLation of this system. This gelling fluid is recommended for use in water shutoff/ profile modification at offshore oil field owing to low toxicity of PEI.
