摘  要:胜利纯梁采油厂梁南区计量站和输油管线结垢(硫酸钡锶垢)腐蚀严重。过去曾采用超声波、磁化、高频电场等物理法防垢,因效果不尽人意且有效期短而放弃使用。油田分别以S层和H层为生产层,大多数油井产出水既富含Ba2++Sr2+,又富含SO42-,因此不能采用可以防止结垢的分层采油、分层处理产出液、分层回注产出污水的工艺。有2个集输站曾使用一种阻垢剂,有一定效果,但出现了阻垢剂的酸性使下游腐蚀加重,所选缓蚀剂使用不便等问题。从11种商品阻垢剂中优选出的J-1,加量30 mg/L时对钡垢、锶垢的阻垢率分别为93.5%和63.6%。从9种商品缓蚀剂中选出的4种缓蚀剂,加量30 mg/L时对A3钢、N80钢80℃缓蚀率均超过94%。经配伍性和组合测试,得到J-1+WD-2阻垢缓蚀剂,二者之比为83.3∶16.7,总加量30 mg/L时在梁南地层水中阻垢率达92%,可使N80钢腐蚀率降至0.0786 mm/a。自2003年12月起,该复配剂在梁南区集输站使用,阻垢、缓蚀效果显著。Severe barium/strontium sulfates precipitation and corrosion problems are encountered with metering stations and crude oil transporting pipelines in district Liangnan, Chunliang, Shengli. To prevent Ba/Sr scale creation, some physical measures such as ultrasonic wave, magnetization, and high frequency electric field were used ineffectively with short time duration of response and given up shortly after. The produced water of most oil wells with pay layer H or S is rich both in Ba^2+ +Sr^2+ and in SO4^2- and hence zonal production, gathering and flooding with recycled produced water can not be performed as a way of scale and corrosion control. A scale inhibitor was used at 2 gathering stations with moderate success and, however, caused a lot of problems; the corrosion down stream become more severe owing to the acidity of the inhibitor; the corrosion inhibitor chosen is uneasy to handle with, etc. A proper scale inhibitor, J-1, is selected in optimization tests from 11 commercial ones and a percentage inhibition 93.5% and 63.6% is obtained for Ba and Sr sulfate precipitates, respectively, at dosage of 30 mg/L. From 9 commercial corrosion inhibitors, 4 inhihitors are chosen with a percentage inhibition 〉 94% obtained for A3 and N80 steel specimens at 80℃. As a result of compatibility and combination tests, a combinational scale/corrosion inhibitor J-1 + WD-2 in ratio 83.3:16.7 is developed and with this inhibitor introduced into the produced water of Liangnan, percentage scale inhibition of 92 % and corrcsion rate of 0.0786mm/ a for N80 are observed. The use of the combinational inhibitor at gathering stations in Liangnan has started since Dec 2003 with notable results of scale and corrosion control.
