摘 要:为满足胜利油田高温高盐及多含高渗透条带油藏提高采收率的需要,研制了可流动的铬凝胶。用矿化度19334mg/L的模拟地层水稀释5000mg/L的聚合物母液,与交联剂以20:1质量比混合,得到成胶溶液,各项测试温度为80℃。铝交联剂Tiorco677N与胜利油田现用6种高分子量聚合物均不能形成好凝胶;铬交联剂Water-Cut684与其中2种能形成好凝胶。聚合物MO-4000在溶液浓度≥600mg/L时可与Water-Cut684形成转变压力〉34.5KPa的凝胶。1200mg/LMO-4000的铬凝胶在K=1.5μm^2填砂管中RF为273,RRF为200。在5μm^2和1.5um^2填砂管组成的并联模型上,水驱采收率为43.4%,聚合物驱(恒聚聚合物,1500mg/L,0.3PV)+后续水驱提高采收率9.9%。而凝胶(1200mg/LMO-4000,聚交比20:1,0.3PV)+后续水驱则提高采收率17.6%。高、低渗单岩心的采收率曲线和含水曲线表明,凝胶优先进入水驱后的高渗岩心而使后续注入液转向进入低渗岩心。该凝胶已用于胜二区沙二1~2单元6注13采先导试驱区,注凝肢作业目前已经开始。图6表2参6。A flowing weak gel forming polymer/Cr^3+ fluid is developed to meet the requirements for EOR in higher temperature and higher salinity reservoirs with highly permeable zones in Shengli. The fluid is prepared by diluting 5000 mg/L polymer solution in fresh water with a simulation brine of TSD=19334 rng/L and mixing with a crcsslinker at mass ratio 20:1,all tests are conducted at 80℃. With Al^3+ crosslinker Tiorco 677N, all the 6 high molar mass polymers presently used in Shengli cannot form good gds; with Cr^3+ crosslinker Water-Cut 684,only 2 polymers of 6 form good gels. Mitsubishi's HPAM MO-4000 at solution concentrationS600mg/L forms gel with transition pressure≥5 psi. For 1200 mg/L MO-4000 gelling fluid, RF and RRF determined on cores of K= 1.5 μm^2 are 273 and 200, respectively. On sets of 5.0 μm^2 and 1.5 μm^2 core in paralld, the oil recovery(OR) by water flood(WF) is of 43.4 % and the enhancement in OR by polymer flood (Hengju's polymer, 1500 nag/L, 0.3 PV) is of 9.9 % and by gel flood (1200mg/L MO-4000, polymer to crosslinker ratio 20:1,0.3 PV)-17.6 %. The OR and watercut curves for every single core of a set show that the gel does enter preferentially into the higher permeability core and divert the fluid injected later into the lower permeability one. The injection of the gelling fluid is started in a pilot area covering 6 injecting and 13 producing wells in unit S2-1-2, district Sheng-2, Shengli.
