摘  要:衰老器官内有机物质转移和重新利用,依赖于胞间连丝的运输和调节,为了适应衰老器官内大量的降解物质在短期内迅速转移到贮藏器官和生长部位,胞间连丝内部的压缩内质网在酶的作用下降解成简单的通道,其周围的细胞壁物质也被酶解,使胞间连丝通道拓宽,并且在没有胞间连丝的细胞壁上,也能形成新的通道.孔径拓宽的胞间连丝无论是在结构上,还是在功能上与胞间连丝发生时的起始状态小孔道十分类似.Transfering and reutilizing of organic substances in senescent organs rely on the transport and regulation of plasmodesmata. The appressed endoplasmic reticulum(AER) of plasmodesmata disintegrated so that it formed a enlarged channel. Cell wall surrounding plasmodesmata and the cell wall where there aren't plasmodesmata are degenerated by the wall digesting enzymes such as hemicellulases, pectinase, (13) βD glucanase, to form new intercellular channels. Thus, a large amount of degenerated material in senescent organs is able to be transported rapidly to the metabolic sink by those channels. The enlargement and modification of plasmodesmata both structure and function are similar to the “pore” during cell plate formation. The periodic changes of plasmodesmata during development are discussed.
