摘　　要：三峡水电厂以"创建国际一流水电厂"为目标,积极参与工程建设,扎实开展精益生产管理,着力培养大型水电生产运营核心能力,逐步形成"精益、和谐、安全、卓越"的价值观,取得了接机、发电和安全生产的优良业绩,为我国大型水电厂的运行管理提供了新思路。Aiming at “Be the world-class hydropower station”, the Three-Gorges Hydropower Station takes an active part in the project construction work, carries out solidly refined production management, exerts itself to train a core force for large scale production and operation, and is gradually setting up a value outlook of “improvement, harmony, safety and excellence”, and has made excellent achievements in acceptance of units, power generation and safety in production, and provided a new thought for operation and management of large sized hydropower stations in China.
