摘  要:用水稻丰收菌悬浮液处理种子或种芽后,有增加苗高、苗地上部鲜重、根鲜重、根干重的促生长作用;过氧化氨酶活性也高于清水对照,并有随菌量提高酶活性递增的趋势;叶绿素含量高8.7%~13%;根系对32争的吸收比对照高35.8%~83.9%;菌剂中加防腐剂苯甲酸钠对稻苗无不良影响.复壮菌株校未复壮者其生理效应有所提高.?Measurements concerning certain criteria were compared in this study be-tween seedlings from Bacillus cereus R,-soaked rice seeds or germinating seeds (treatment)and those from water-soaked ones(check) to examine the bacteria's effect on the seedling'sPhysiologhal performance. Results showed that, as compared with check, treated seedlingsgave an incremellt in height, fresh weight of over-ground parts, fresh weight of r00ts anddry weight of roots- Catalase activity of the treated seedling was also higher than that ofcheck, accompanied with a tendency to further increase with suspension's bacterial concentration. Chlorophyll content of treated seedling was 8.7%-l3% and its 32P adsorptionrate was 35.8 %-83 .9% as much as those of check. All of these might be referred to the bac-teria's growth-promoting effect. Bacterial suspension prePared with rejuvenated strainbrought this physiological effect much more prominent than the suspension of degeneratestrain. There was no harm to the treated seedling if sodium benzoate was added as anaseptic to the bacteria suspension.
