无铅高居里点PTC材料的制备与性能表征

摘　　要：为实现电子产品无铅化要求,掺杂预先合成的BNT和其它添加剂,制备出居里温度高于130℃的钛酸钡基无铅PTC材料。对其微观组织及性能进行了测试和表征,并对添加剂、试验工艺等影响因素进行了分析。At present the preparation of high - Curie temperature PTC materials mostly use lead - substance to move the Curie temperature, which seriously pollutes environment. With BNT and other additives, new- type lead- free high -Curie temperature, higher than 130℃, barium titanate based PTC materials was firstly prepared. Also the PTC materials＇microstructure was characterized, and its samples＇ property was tested, and the technology factors, the additives so on was analysed.
