摘  要:为了研究洛阳市郊区蔬菜中重金属污染状况,采用火焰原子吸收法对郊区李楼乡和孙旗屯乡抽取的叶菜样品中重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd含量进行了测定。结果表明,8个蔬菜样品中Cu含量在0.393 9~0.970 7 mg/kg之间,Zn含量在1.395 0~10.080 0 mg/kg之间,均未超过国家蔬菜卫生限量标准;Pb含量在0.100 0~0.248 6 mg/kg之间,其中有3个样品Pb含量超出国家蔬菜卫生限量标准;Cd含量有5个样品未检出,其余3个样品也不超国标。经用单因子和综合因子污染指数评价,洛阳市郊区叶菜类蔬菜重金属污染大部分已处于警戒级到轻度污染,因此,应加强蔬菜中重金属污染的预防与治理工作。In order to study the polluted status of vegetables by heavy metals in the Luoyang suburb, the contents of copper, zinc, lead, cadmium in the vegetable samples in Li Lou Xiang and Sun Qi Tun of Luoyang suburb were determined by atom absorption method. The results showed that the copper content were between 0.393 9 - 0.970 7 mg/kg in all samples, zinc content were between 1.395 0 - 10.080 0 mg/kg, which were under the limitation of national standards; the lead content were between 0. 100 0 - 0.248 6 mg/kg, among of them, three kinds of samples were over the limitation of national standards; the cadmium content was not picked out in five kind of samples, the others were under the limitation of national. The polluted status of vegetables by the heavy metals in the Luoyang suburb had been alert level to light pollution evaluated, by using single - factor and comprehensive - factor pollution index method, therefor, it should be enhance workes to prevent and control vegetables not to be polluted by heavy metal.
