摘  要:采用化学镀技术,实现了涤纶织物表面铜-镍双层镀.借助SEM、EDX和TG分析了镀层表面的形貌、成分以及热性能,并测试了化学镀涤纶织物的电磁波屏蔽、表面比电阻和拉伸性能.结果表明,涤纶织物化学镀铜-镍后热分解温度有所下降.随着化学镀涤纶织物增重率的增加,电磁波屏蔽效能开始时增加较快,后又趋于平缓;当增重率达到一定值时,屏蔽效能主要受金属镀层成分的影响.表面比电阻随着增重率的增加而减小.化学镀涤纶织物的拉伸曲线同时具有金属和纤维的拉伸特性,主要受金属镀层厚度的影响.Electroless copper and nickel plating on PET fabric was operated. The Cu-Ni-eoated fabric was investigated by means of SEM, EDX and TG. The electromagnetic shielding performance,surface specific resistance and tensile properties were also measured. The results show that the decomposition temperature of electroless plating fabric is lower than that of PET fabric. The shielding effectiveness (SE) increases quickly with the increase of weight gain rate at first, and then increases slowly. The SE is influ- enced by the composition of metal when the weight gain rate reaches a certain value. The surface specific resistance decreases with the increase of weight gain rate. The tensile properties of electroless plating fabric are influenced by the thickness of coated metal.
