摘  要:针对目前频发的饮用水水源污染事故,提出建立基于GIS饮用水水源污染应急系统来更好地管理饮用水水源地,并提供决策系统服务。采用新一代GIS组件技术,以Visual Basic6.0为开发语言,ESRI公司提供的MapObject二次开发组件进行系统开发,建立了辽宁省水源信息系统。该系统可视化程度高,能更好地为环保及其他相关部门的管理和决策提供服务。The emergency system of tap water source pollution based on GIS was established to manage the tap water source area well and provide the service system of decision-making because the water source pollution accidents happened frequently.Based on ESRI Corporation's twice development modules of MapObject,Visual Basic 6.0 being taken as the development language,using the new generation of GIS module technology,we developed the system.We established the Liaoning Province water source information system which included data message memory and management of river,source of pollution,administrative area;data inquiry and analysis;typical case;expert specialized system;proliferation simulation,buffer inquiry function and so on.This system's visible degree was so high that it can provide more essential decision-making service and management for the environmental protection and other correlation departments.
