摘　　要：综述了土木工程结构检测、鉴定和评估的基本理论基础,提出土木工程结构检测、鉴定和评估的具体内容,明确优先采用的检测手段,对评估等级进行了试划分,对土木工程的检测鉴定和评估提出了建议。3~nis paper reviews the basic theoretical foundation and its main contents of civil engineering stnlcture detection, identifying that priority to means of testing should be given, grading for the evaluation of the test, detection identification of civil engineering and assessment are made.
