摘 要:采用热分析联同技术,在TG-DAT-T-DTG及DAT-T-EGD-GC两套热分析装置上于20°C/min的加热速度下,测定了5种粉煤在整个燃烧过程的热特性曲线。结果表明,曲线之间特征指标对应性好,反映燃烧时的动态特性:氧化增重,表观活化能,着火温度,燃烧最大失重速率,可燃性指数及燃烧逸气浓度组分等随煤化程度加深而有规律的变化。比较了粉煤除灰前后燃烧指标,考察了粉煤中的矿物质及孔隙结构对燃烧反应能力的影响。The heating characteristic curves,which illustrate the process of combustion about the five types of pulverized coal,were analyzed by using TG DTA T DTG and DTA T EGD GC apparatus,simultaneously,at the heating rate of 20°C/min in this article.The results show that the correspondence of dynamic of characteristics of curves is obvious.Those characteristics in the combustion are reflected in these aspects:weight loss on oxidation,apparent activation energy,ignition temperature,combustible index,the maximum velocity of weight loss and evolved gas component in the combustion.A regular change with the rank of coal is clarified.The specifies in the combustion of pulverized coal were compared with those of demineralized coal.The effects of mineral and pore structure on combustion reactivity are investigated.
