摘 要:以交通系统与城市可持续发展为研究目标,提出了一种评价二者适应性的改进AHP算法。该算法在分析传统AHP方法不足的基础上,从社会、经济、生态环境、交通系统领域选取60个指标建立评价指标体系,将奇异值分解用于一致性可接受矩阵的权重计算改进,对一致性不可接受矩阵则通过距离和接近度进行显著性元素的坐标识别和正互反性均值修正。以山东省为例进行仿真分析,结果表明,该省交通系统与城市发展的适应性呈降低态势,为政府管理部门决策提供依据。Taking the transport system and the urban sustainable development as the targets of research, a novel analytic hierarchy process(AHP) algorithm to evaluate the adaptability of the transport system to the urban sustainable development was proposed. On the basis of analyzing the weak points of the traditional AHP method, sixty factors from the social, economical, ecological and transport domains were selected to form a evaluation index system. The singular value decomposition (SVD) method was used to improve the weighting factor calculation of the matrix with acceptable consistency. For the matrix with unacceptable consistency, the far and near degree was used to identify the coordinates of the significant elements and make its mean amendment of the direct mutual oppsition. A simulation work was performed for Shandong province, and the results indicated that the adaptability of the transport system to the urban development is decaying, providing a warning for the decision-making of the administrative officials.
