摘　　要：随着农产品质量安全管理日益重要和农产品供应链的广泛应用,有必要在农产品供应链框架下研究农产品质量安全管理。本文以农产品供应链管理和质量安全控制效率作为实证分析对象,重点通过实地问卷调查的方法获取企业供应链管理和质量安全控制的相关数据,构建结构方程模型,探讨供应链框架下合作关系、供应链管理行为、农产品质量安全控制行为以及安全管理效率之间的相互关系,并提出了相应的对策建议。With the increasing importance of the quality and safety of the farm product and the wide application of the supply chain, it is necessary to research on the farm product quality and safety management in the framework of supply chain. This paper takes the farm product supply chain management and quality and safety controlling efficiency as the object of the empirical analysis. It acquires relevant data by on-the-spot questionnaires, Setting up the structure equation model, discussing the relationships among cooperative relationship, supply chain management quality and safety controlling practices, and the performance of safety management, and giving some suggestions.
