摘　　要：社会体育管理人才是社会体育各项工作的组织者和实施者,管理人才队伍的建设与发展,将直接影响社会体育的顺利开发和体育事业的发展,关系到实施全民健身计划,树立健康第一思想和实现体育强国的宏伟目标,因此,培养和建设一支高素质体育管理人才队伍十分重要。Specialists in Social P. E administration are those who organize all kinds of social P. E activities and put them into practice. Fostering those specialists directly affects the exploration and development of social P. E and it also has an effect on implementation of the body--building plan among the whole people,adopting the idea of health first and achieving the goal of building a sporting power. Therefore, it is of great necessity to .cultivate a contingent of high--qualified P. E administrative specialists.
