摘  要:以羟乙基纤维素(HEC)为主要稳定剂,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法合成了聚醋酸乙烯酯/丙烯酸丁酯(VAc/BA)乳液.对乳液聚合过程中乳胶粒粒径增长进行了测定,探讨了粒径及粒径分布随时间及其与转化率之间的相互关系.根据对实验的分析提出了该聚合体系中乳胶粒子的增长机理.发现HEC在单体和引发剂作用下存在降解与接枝两种趋势,其程度决定乳胶粒子增长与分布.The semi-continuous seeded emulsion eopolymerization of vinyl acetate and butyl acryl ate was carfled out with hydroxyethyl cellulose as a colloid stabilizer. The particle size and its distribution were measured during the emulsion polymerization. The variation of particle size and its distribution along with the reaction time and the monomer conversion were also investigated. Based on the theoretical and experimental analyses, the growth mechanism of latex particle was proposed. It is found that the hydroxyethyl cellulose would be degraded or grafted under the action of initiator and monomers, and the particle size and its distribution depends on the degree of degraded or grafted.
