摘　　要：文章在对非物质文化遗产极其保护工作重要性进行阐释的基础上,指出公共图书馆应积极参与非物质文化遗产的保护与传播,并通过参与"申遗"中资源的发掘与整理,将"活态文化"物化为有形的文献,建立非物质文化遗产的文献保存与开发利用体系,积极做好宣传教育推广工作来发挥自己的作用。On the basis, of introducing the importance of protecting the Intangible Cultural Heritage, this article points that the library should take part in the protection and transmission of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. By exploiting and arranging the Intangible Cultural Heritage, the library should materialize the Living Culture into visible document, build the protecting and using system of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, and develop the function of propaganda and extension effectively.
