摘　　要：介绍王左教授中医急症学术思想。概括了其"治病之要领,贵在扶正气"、"扶正调气血,生命长久安"、"祛邪勿忘毒,正气乃得复"、"师古不泥古,衷中亦参西"等学术思想,能够切实指导临床应用,提高疗效。This article introduced some academic thoughts on emergency medicine in TCM of the famouse doctor Wang Zuo. It generalized the thoughts, such as ＂strengthening healthy qi is very important for treating disease＂,＂ regulating qi and blood to strengthen healthy qi so that the body can be strong and hfe can be longer＂ ,＂ expelling pathogenic toxin to eliminate pathogens so that the healthy qi can be recovered＂ ,＂ Combining TCM with Western Medicine on the basis of the past experiences＂ ,which can really guide clinical practice and improve the therapeutic effect.
