中药治疗顶体酶异常男性不育症41例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究六味地黄软胶囊联合聚精颗粒临床治疗顶体酶异常男性不育症的方法及疗效。方法:观察41例男性不育症患者用六味地黄软胶囊联合聚精颗粒治疗前后顶体酶、精液参数的变化情况。结果:治疗1个疗程(3个月)后,总有效率80.4%。治疗后精子顶体酶、精液质量较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。Objective ： To study the efficacy of six - ingredient capsule with rehmannia and Jujing granulation in the treatment of male infertility patient with abnormal aerosin. Methods ： The changes of aerosin and semen parameter of 41 male infertility patients treated by six - ingredient capsule with rehmannia and Jujing granulation were observed before and after the treatment. Results ： After a three - month course of treatment, 4 cases were cured ,29 obviously improved and 8 failed to respond. The aerosin and semen quality obviously improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The six - ingredient capsule with rehmannia and Jujing granulation evi- dently improved the abnormal acrosin and sperm quality of the infertility patients.
