复方茶多酚搽剂治疗麻风肢端顽固性溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨复方茶多酚搽剂对麻风肢端顽固性溃疡的临床疗效,以便从天然中草药中寻找新型、高效安全的药物。方法：受治病例均来源于本院住院的麻风患者21例（患溃疡35处）,病程1-50年。试验设计采用自身对照法。常规消毒溃疡表面（2%碘酒、75%酒精）清除坏死组织,应用复方茶多酚搽剂浸入纱布块敷于溃疡表面,外用敷料包扎,每日换药1次,疗程为1年。结果：痊愈19处（54.3%）,显效13处（37.1%）,有效2处（5.7%）,无效1处（2.9%）。结论：复方茶多酚搽剂对治疗麻风肢端顽固性溃疡具有显著的疗效,且无副作用,其总有效率97.1%,痊愈率达54.3%（P〈0.01）。Objective ： To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of compound tea polyphenol （TP） liniment on refractory extremities ulcer in leprosy patients. Methods ： Twenty one inpatients suffered from leprosy with 35 ulcer lesions at extremities and sickness course of 1- 50 years received the treatment with compound TP liniment. The drug was topically applied on the surface of ulcer once a day for 1 year as a treatment course. Results ： 19 （54.3 % ） lesions were cured completely, 13 （37.1% ） lesions were found to be significantly effective, 2 （5.7%） lesions to be effective, 1 （2.9%） lesion ineffective. Conclusion ： The compound TP liniment has significant therapeutic effect on refractory extremities ulcer in leprosy patients with no side effects. Its total effective rate amounts to 97.1%, entire recovery 54.3%.
