近代中医药治疗鸦片成瘾述评

摘　　要：鸦片成瘾的病机是烟毒内蕴,耗气伤血,损伤阴阳,累及脏腑,正虚标实,治疗应从祛邪、扶正的角度出发。近代中药治疗鸦片瘾的法则可分为采用阿片递减原则的应用替代品;偏方、验方;针对戒断综合征的4类主要症状来辨证论治。中医药现代研究发现,戒毒中药可影响免疫功能;控制毒瘾;治疗戒断症状,故可单独应用于各型阿片类药物依赖患者的治疗。The pathogenesis of opiomania is the internal evil smoke, damage qi and blood, yin and yang, zangfu organs, in a word, vital energy undermined while pathogenic factors are prevailing. The treatment is to dispel the invading pathogenic factors, and strengthen the resistance. In the period from 1840 - 1949, the treatment rules of opiomania is divided into three kinds： applying replacement based on opium, descending principle; proved efficacious recipes, and special prescription; diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of abstinence symptoms. There are different prescriptions according to every rule. The TCM investigation nowadays shows that the abstinence herbs can affect immunity ; control the further development of toxicomania ; treat abstinence symptoms, so they can be used for the treatment of opiumism patients.
