小针刀松解加综合疗法治疗陈旧性肛裂265例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:为了提高肛裂的治疗效果。方法:采用小针刀行侧方内括约肌松解术加局部注射,复方亚甲蓝局部封闭,配合中药坐浴,复方硝酸甘油膏外涂,综合治疗陈旧性肛裂265例。结果:治愈251例(94.7%),好转14例(6.3%),有效率100%。随访半年,未发生复发和肛门失禁。结论:小针刀加综合疗法治疗陈旧性肛裂,较传统手术治疗操作简单、创伤小、愈合快、痛苦小。Objective： For the purpose of raising the curative effects in the treatment of anal fissure. Methods： 265 patients with chronic anal fissure were subjected to the following therapy：lateral lysis of internal sphincter with small needle- knife combined with local injection, with methylene blue local injection, sitz bath with chinese meteria medica, and externally- used conpound glycerin nitrate ointment. Results：251 cases were cured（94.7 % ）, 14 cases were improved （6.3 % ）, thus effective rate was 100% ; no recurrence and anal incontinence were found after the follow - up of 0.5 year. Conclusion： Compared with roufine operation,above-mentioned therapy has such advantages as simpler manipulation,less treuma,faster healing and less pain.
