96例近视眼患者行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术及护理体会

摘　　要：目的:通过对近视眼患者行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的护理,探讨有效的护理方法和手段。方法:分别对96例(192眼)行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的近视眼患者实施心理护理、健康教育、术前、术中及术后相应的护理。结果:患者能顺利配合完成手术,且达到或超过术前矫正视力。结论:护理人员给于患者术前指导,告知术中注意事项,术后注意防止感染,准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术均达到满意效果。Objective：To investigate the valid nursing method, means in patients who were performed LASIK.Methods：96 patients （192 myopic eyes ） were given mental nursing, health education, corresponding nursing at preoperation and during operation and postoperation. Results： LASIK operation can be successfully completed with the cooperation of patients, the patients vision reaching 1.0 or above. Conclusion： Patients were given preoperative guidance and warring at operation, patients prevent infection during postoperation. LASIK operation obtain the satisfied effect.
