摘　　要：目的：探讨原发痛风高尿酸与其他生化指标的关系。方法：病例对照研究1998年1月-2003年12月专科门诊165例新患者，资料处理采用条件Logistic回归分析。结果：高尿酸的独立危险因素与TG、TC、LDL、VLDL的升高及HDL2-C的降低、尿酸清除分数下降相关。结论：原发痛风与脂代谢、尿酸清除分数下降有关。Objective To study the relationship between hyperrieemia and other biochemical parameters in primary gout. Method Case -control study was performed on 165 patients with gout examined during January 1998 and December 2003. The results were managed with conditional logistic regression analysis. Results The independent risk factors of gout as high serum level of TG, TC, LDL, VLDL, and low HDL2 - C, decreased fractional urate clearance （FeuA）. Conclusion Primary gout has relation with fat metabolism and decreased fractional urate clearance.
