摘　　要：目的分析某医院诺瓦克样病毒医院感染流行特征。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,用荧光PCR法从患者粪便标本中检出诺瓦克样病毒核酸。结果2006年12月23日-2007年1月10日,某医院报告18例老年患者群体性腹泻,病例对照分析显示年龄、南区病房、有基础病变者差异有统计学意义。结论诺瓦克样病毒医院感染可在老年住院患者中暴发,及时采取消毒为主的综合控制措施可避免疫情扩散。OBJECTIVE To discuss the Norwalk-like viral nosocomial infection in a hospital. METHODS The nosocomial infection in the Norwalk-like viral gastroenteritis cases were analyzed and reported by the method of field epidemiological investigation, and the Norwalk-like virus was approved in stool specimens by fluorescence PCR. RESULTS A hospital reported 18 Norwalk-like viral gastroenteritis cases from Dec 23 2006 to Jan 8 2007. A case-control study indicated age, south sector wards and cases with underlying diseases had statistic significance. CONCLUSIONS The Norwalk-like viral nosocomial infection outbreaks tend to occur in the elderly with underlying diseases. Taking control measures such as disinfection soon as possible can avoid transmission.
