摘  要:[目的]探索提取银杏叶中总黄酮的最佳条件。[方法]采用水浸提的方法,结合单因素试验和正交试验探讨影响黄酮提取的主要因素。[结果]结果表明,温度对黄酮提取影响最大,固液比1∶60,在90℃下,每次1 h,重复提取3次,黄酮提取率最高。[结论]该研究确立了采用水作为浸提剂从银杏叶中提取总黄酮的最佳方法。[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the optimum conditions for extracting total flavone from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. [Method] Combined single factor test with orthogonal test, main factors that affected the extraction of flavone were discussed by the method of water extraction. [Resuit] Temperature had the most effect on the extraction of flavone. The extraction rate was highest at 90 % ,with the ratio of solid to liquid being 1:60, one hour per time, with 3 repetitions. [Conclusion] This research confirmed the optimum method of extracting total flavone from the leaves of G. biloba with water as extracting agent.
