摘　　要：[目的]探究蕾期授粉对三色堇结实的影响。[方法]对LRR（丽人红）和STR（神童红）2个品种花蕾的长度进行连续调查，每个品种选10朵健康的小花蕾进行试验。[结果]结果表明：三色堇蕾期的时间一般为10d左右，LRR和STR2个品种均在蕾期6～7d时授粉时结实率达到最高，幼嫩和接近开花的花蕾蕾期授粉均未得到种子。[结论]在三色堇的栽培选育过程中授粉时期和授粉方式等都会对其结实产生影响。成熟度高的花蕾，柱头识别花粉的能力强，自交不亲和的抑制能力也强；反之亦然。[Objective] The research aimed to probe into the effects of pollination in bud stage on seed setting of Viola tricolor. [Method] Flower bud length of 2 varieties LRR and STR were investigated continuously and 10 healthy little flower buds were selected from each variety to make experiraent. [ Result] Bud stage of V. tricolor was about 10 d generally. The seed setting rates of 2 varieties LRR and STR reached the maximum when pollination was in 67 d of bud stage and seeds were not gained when pollination was in the bud stage of tender flower bud and close to flowering. [ Conclusion] Pollination stage, pollination mode and so on would trove effects on the seed setting of V. tricolor in its cultivation and breeding process. When flower bud was highly mature, the chapiter had strong abilities to identify pollen and the inhibition capability of serf incompatibility was also strong and vice versa.
