摘 要:[目的]解决麝香百合种球的扩繁问题。[方法]根据不同的种球大小和重量,设20个级别处理,研究麝香百合种球大小对鳞茎生长的影响。[结果]结果表明,百合种球大小在50~65g的处理对鳞茎鲜重、干重、直径和鳞片数量的增加效果明显;鳞茎直径、鲜重和干重与百合种球大小之间存在明显相关,其回归关系式分别为:K=40.117 0-22.9469 X1+3.8545 X1^2,Y2=-12.611 2+0.8795 X2-0.002059 X2^2和Y3=-10.3656+2.6851 X3=0.01891 X3^2。[结论]该研究为麝香百合种球的进一步研究提供依据。[Objective] The aim of the research was to solve the propagation problem of seed bulb in Lilium longiflorum Thunb, [Method] Aeeording to the size and weight of different seed bulbs, 20 level treatments were set up to study the effects of seed bulb size on the growth of bulb in L, longiflorum. [Result] The treatment with lily seed bulb size of 50 - 65 g had obvious inereaaing effects on bulb fresh weight and dry weight, bulb diameter and bulb quantity, Bulb diameter, fresh weight and dry weight had obvious eorrelations with the size of lily seed bulb and their regression relational expressions were Y1 = 40, 117 0 - 22,946 9 X1 + 3. 854 5 X1^2, Y2 = - 12. 611 2 + 0.879 5 X2 - 0.002 059 X2^2 and Y3 = - 10.365 6 + 2. 685 1 X3 - 0.018 91 X3^2 respectively, [Conelusion] This research provided basis for further study on seed bulb of L, longiflorum.
