摘　　要：主要从供暖成本、供热计量收费价格计算及按用热量计量收费的可行性三方面进行了探讨,得出了实行供热计量是实现建筑节能的一个重要措施的结论,以促进建筑供热计量收费的发展,从而推动建筑节能的发展。From three aspects： the cost of heating, counting the price of heating runoff and the feasibility of charging depending on the heating runoff, it will be introduced that counting heating runoff is an important measure to realize saving energy in buildings, so as to promote the development of constructing heat-supply amount charges and promote the development of constructing energy-saving.
