摘　　要：对房地产泡沫进行了阐述,从经济学的角度对房地产市场的供给和需求之间的关系进行了分析,找出房地产泡沫形成的机理及其影响因素,对认识房地产过热和泡沫的产生具有很强的现实意义。The article analyzes the bubble real estate, analyzes the relationship between offering and needing of real estate market from the angle of economics, and finds out the mechanism of the formation of bubble real estate and its influencing factors, which has strong real meanings for recognize the appearance of overheated and bubble real estate.
