摘　　要：对"90·70"政策进行了详细地介绍,指出了小户型仍将是今后一段时间的主流,从家具的功能、造型、尺寸、色彩等方面仔细分析了"90·70"政策对家具产品设计的影响,展望了小户型家具的市场,从而推动小户型家具的发展。It specifically introduces the ＂90·70＂ policy, points out that small dwelling-size will still the main trend a few time after, analyses the affection of ＂90·70＂ to furniture design from the function, style, size, color and so on of the furniture, and prospects the market of small sized furniture, so to accelerate the development of small sized furniture.
