生态型政府构建与生态企业成长的互动作用

摘　　要：生态型政府构建与生态企业成长是适应时代发展的必然要求,提出并研究二者之间互动作用的课题也是当代生态环境治理方式创新的内在需要。生态型政府以先进的生态意识教育来引导生态企业文化建设,以完善的生态管理制度来规范生态企业环境行为,以合理的生态管理行为来推进生态企业健康成长。而生态企业以积极的生态产品生产来支持生态型政府的绿色采购,以自觉的生态管理实施来适应生态型政府的职能转变,以有效的生态政治参与来推进生态型政府健康发展。Ecological government construction and ecological enterprise development are a necessary requirement that adapts to the society. The studies on the interaction between them are the internal needs of governance innovations of modem ecological environments. Ecological government should offer education of ecological ideology to induce enterprises＂ ecological cultural constructions; and institution of ecological managements should standardize the enterprises＂ environment behaviors; and behavior of ecological managements can push the enterprises＇sound developments. On the other hand, ecological enterprises should produce ecological products to support govemment＇s green procurement; and ecological managements should be implemented to meet govemment＇s role exchange; and efficient ecological political participation should be encouraged to push govemment＇s sound developments.
