慢性萎缩性胃炎证病结合模型的复制

摘　　要：目的:复制大鼠CAG肝郁证、脾虚证、湿热证的证病结合模型,为CAG的辨证论治研究提供可靠的动物模型。方法:在单纯CAG疾病造模的基础上,采用苦寒泻下法加饥饱失常法建立脾虚证候模型,采用夹尾加肾上腺素注射法建立肝郁证候模型,采用高脂高糖饮食+人工气候模拟建立湿热证候模型。观察大鼠饲养过程中的一般状况及体重,镜下观察各组大鼠胃黏膜炎症程度和萎缩程度。结果:各模型组大鼠一般情况变化符合中医脾虚证、肝郁证、湿热证表现。各模型组大鼠胃黏膜出现慢性炎症,各证候模型组中以脾虚CAG组大鼠胃黏膜炎症最重,各模型组大鼠胃黏膜厚度较正常对照组均有明显变薄,以脾虚CAG组大鼠胃黏膜厚度最薄,药物干预后,各证候模型组大鼠胃黏膜炎症明显减轻,厚度较药物干预前都有明显增加。结论:大鼠CAG肝郁证、脾虚证、湿热证的证病结合模型复制成功。脾虚证CAG大鼠胃黏膜炎症和萎缩程度最重。Objective:To make compound model of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG)of liver depression,spleen deficiency and wet-hot syn- dromes,to offer reliable animal model for differentiation and treatment of atrophic gastritis. Methods:On the basis of pure CAG model,making model of spleen deficiency by purgation with bitter-cold drugs and abnormal diet,mak- ing model of liver depression by tail clipping and adrenalin injection,model of wet-hot syndrome was made with high-lipid and high-glu- cose diet and artificial climate imitation.Observing rats' mental state,movement,hair,appetite,weight and defecation,etc.as well as stomach mucosa inflammation and atrophic degree. Results:The general conditions in all model groups were accord with the symptoms of liver depression,spleen deficiency and wet-hot syn- dromes in TCM,their stomach mucosa had chronic inflammation,which was the most sever in rats of CAG with spleen deficiency group,the inflammation was relieved obviously after medical intervention.The rats' stomach mucosa in model groups was thinner than that in normal control group,especially the rats in CAG with spleen deficiency group,all the rats' stomach mucosa in each syndrome group got thicker after taking corresponding drugs. Conclusion:The compound model was copied successfully,the stomach mucosa inflammation and atrophic degree in the group with spleen deficiency was the most sever.
