摘　　要：目的研究人胚胎毛囊干细胞所在部位隆突区形态及uPA/uPAR表达。方法通过HE染色,确定毛囊隆突区的部位及大小;采用免疫细胞化学和原位杂交技术研究毛囊干细胞的隆突区部位uPA/uPAR的表达。结果在球形毛钉期,毛囊隆突区最为明显;位于毛囊隆突区的干细胞有uPA/uPAR的表达。结论球形毛钉期是研究人毛囊干细胞的较佳期;uPA/uPAR的表达与毛囊干细胞的增殖、迁移和细胞间信号传递有关。Objective To explore the morphology of hair follicle bulge-the stem cells and the expression of uPA/uPAR. Methods The morphological character of hair follicle was observed with HE staining,and the expression of uPA/uPAR in the bulge of hair follicle was tested with immunocytochemistry and in situ hybridization. Results The human hair follicle bulge was prominent in the bulbous follicle peg stage; the uPA/uPAR was expressed in the bulge,outer root sheath,sebaceous gland of hair follicle and basal layer and suprabasal layer of epidermis. Conclusion Human hair follicles at the bulbous follicle peg stage provide convenience for studying the stem cells of hair follicle; the expression of uPA/uPAR is correlative with the proliferation and migration of stem cell of hair follicle and the conveying signals among cells in bulge of hair follicle.
