Cbfa1在强直性脊柱炎活动期的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨核心结合因子(core-binding factor a1,Cbfa1)在强直性脊柱炎(AS)活动期的病理性表达及意义。方法通过原位杂交技术检测活动期AS患者与对照组(骨盆骨折患者以及静止期AS患者)骶髂关节滑膜组织中Cbfa1的表达情况,用图像分析系统比较它们的表达差异。结果在活动期AS患者骶髂关节滑膜组织中Cbfa1阳性表达,而对照组骶髂关节滑膜组织中Cbfa1均阴性表达,图像灰度值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Cbfa1在活动期AS患者骶髂关节滑膜组织中阳性表达,证实其在强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病理性成骨硬化过程中起着重要作用。控制AS病理过程中Cbfa1的表达,可能为治疗强直性脊柱炎提供新的思路。Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of Cbfal in the patients with ankylosing spondylitis in active stage. Methods Using in situ hybridization to detect the expressions of Cbfal in the synovial tissues of the patients＇ cacroiliac joint with active AS,comparing the results with those in the patients with pelvic fracture and inactive AS; using image analysis to analyze the pictures. Results The positive expressions of Cbfal in the synovial tissues of the patients＇ cacroiliac joint with active AS were stronger than that of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The expressions of Cbfal are high in the patients with active AS. Cbfal is one of the important factors in the process of pathological bone formation in the patients＇ cacroiliac joint with active AS. If we can reduce the expressions of Cbfal with active AS, the process of pathological bone formation will be interrupted. It may be one of the useful treatment for ankylosing spondylitis.
