对我院洁净手术室污染状况的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解洁净手术室在使用状态下的污染状况及造成污染的相关因素。方法动态采集手术全过程的空气标本进行监测。结果空气中菌落数随手术室人数的增加而升高,浮游菌最大密度>180 cfu/m3,回风口沉降菌最大密度为23 cfu/30 min.φ90皿。结论加强洁净手术室日常管理,对于确保手术安全、预防感染非常必要。Objective To investigate the status and related factors of contamination during operations in clean operation rooms. Method The air samples were collected and tested during the whole period of operations in the clean operation rooms. Results The bacteria colony count was increased by the number of persons in the operatin room. The max - density of floating bacteria was larger than 180 cfu/m^3 , the max - density of precipitating bacteria in the return air inlet was 23 cfu/30 min·φ90 dish. Conclusion In order to ensure the patients＇ safety and prevent infection,it is suggested to strengthen the daily management of clean operation rooms.
