摘　　要：随着经济全球化和竞争的加剧,国际贸易结算方式的优惠与否也演变成了全球贸易竞争手段的一种,于是基于商业信用的国际保理在全球贸易融资结算中迅速发展并大大超过了信用证结算。我国外贸企业要顺应潮流,了解全球保理业务的最新进展并积极加以运作,以提高我方国际竞争力。但我国开展国际保理还存在许多问题及相应的风险,只有解决这些问题和防范风险,才能促进我国国际保理业务的发展,从而进一步扩大我国的进出口贸易。In pace with economic globalization and intense competition, the favorable mode of international settlement is gradually developed as one of the trade competitive measures so that international factoring, based on commercial credit, has expanded rapidly and even exceeded the settlement mode of L/C. Chinese foreign trade companies should follow the new trend and actively apply the international factoring so as to enhance the international competitiveness. But there exist many issues and risks in operating the international factoring in our country. Only by solving the problems and effectively preventing the risks, can the international factoring be developed more rapidly in China, our trade improved further.
