摘　　要：研究了ｐＨ１０．０，Ｔｗｅｅｎ－８０存在时，ｍｅｓｏ－四（４－溴苯基）卟啉与Ａｇ（Ｉ）络合显色的反应条件，络合物的最大吸收波长为４２７ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数为３．５×１０５，Ａｇ（Ｉ）在０～０．４８ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内呈线性关系，回归方程为：Ａ＝０．１３１Ｃ＋０．００１２，相关系数γ＝０．９９９８。此法用于纯铅样和照相废液中痕量银的测定。The color reaction of silver(I)with meso tetrakis(4 bromophenyl)porphyrin has been studied in the presence of Tween 80 at pH 10.0.The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex ia 427 nm.The molar ratio of the complex is 1∶2,while the apparent molar absorptivity is 3.5×10 5.Beers law is obeyed in the range of 0～0.48 mg/L.The recurrence equation is A = 0.131 C +0.0012, and the recurrence coefficient γ=0.9998.It has been applied to the determination of silver in pure lead samples and in photo fixation waste water satisfactorily.
