摘 要:为解决采用钢针内固定治疗股骨颈骨折所存在的缺点,研制出一种带尾孔制动式钢针。仿股骨颈力学结构应用该针经皮内固定治疗股骨颈骨折84例;随访时间1~3年,无1例钢针松动和骨折移位;骨折不愈合1例,占1.19%;股骨头缺血坏死2例,占2.38%;优良率达96.43%。观察认为,该针不但操作简单、创伤小,而且能有效地解决钢针内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的常见的不足如钢针易松动脱出甚或进入盆腔、抗拉应力所致骨折面上方张开位移的能力差、骨质对钢针的锚固不牢固、针尾埋于皮下易损伤皮肤等。In order to overcone the faults in the traditional pinning internal fixation for femoral neck fracture,the authors have developed tail pored immobilizing pins and used them to mimick the mechanical structure of femoral neck for percutaneous internal fixation in treationg 84 cases.The follow up of 1 3 years showed one case of nonunion (1.19%),2 of femoral head ischemic necrosis (2.38%),none of pin loosing and fractutre displacement,and an excellent good rate of 96.43%.Through observations,it was belived that the pins not only have simple operation and less injury but also effectively overcome the faults of traditional pinning internal fixation for femoral neck fracture,such as sliding out or into the pelvic cavity,poor ability to resist the fracture displacement from the drawing stress,unstable bone substance fixation of the pins and easy cutaneous hurt by the pin end embedded subcutaneously.
