铬在大鼠急性肺损伤中变化及参脉的干预作用

摘  要:目的:了解大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)铬水平的变化及参脉对其的影响。方法:将ALI实验动物随机分为12组,其中6组为参脉治疗组,ALI后均立即给予参脉治疗,依照采集肺组织标本不同时间点分为:6 h、8 h、12 h1、6 h和24 h组(均12 h追加一次参脉)、36 h组(12和24 h各追加一次参脉);用生理盐水替换参脉为6组对照组。用原子分光光度计检测肺组织铬含量。结果:治疗组组间、对照组组间有明显差异(P<0.05);各时间点治疗组与对照组差异明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。除治疗12 h组外,治疗组均高于对照组。结论:铬含量能在参脉干预下提高,对于改善全身状态和加速炎症损伤的修复有一定作用。Objective:Understand the change of the Chrome level, on the rats suffered ALI, and the infuluence of Shenmai effects on them. Method: Divide the rats into 12 sets, 6 sets among which are therapied by Shenmai(giveall of them Shenmai immediately after ALI), while substitute the Shenmai by NS in the other 6 sets. In addition, to distinguis+h the therapied sets according to the different time point of the sample( the tissue of lung) as: 6 h set, 8 h set,12 h set,1 h set and 24 h set( all annex Shenmai for just one time per 12 hs ) ,and 36 h set( annex Shenmai for twice per 12 hs) ; the NS- substituted sets are distinguished in the same way. Then, use the atom spectrophotometer to detect the content of Chrome in the samples. Result:Among the therapied sets and comparison sets show the significant change ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; therapied sets and comparison sets in each time show the significant change ( P 〈 0.05 或 P 〈 0.01 ) ; except 12 h, therapied sets are higher than comparison sets. Conclusion:The level of Chrome step up transiently by Shenmai, it has some action to recover whole body and inflammation.
