摘　　要：文章以现代高校图书馆发展改革现状为出发点,指出了现今高校图书馆在管理方面存在的一些问题,提出了"以人为本"在图书馆管理创新方面的作用,在二者结合发展的前提下,介绍了图书馆管理创新的新模式和多种创新工作方法。The article takes present development and reform situation of the modern university library as a starting point, has pointed out some problems which exist in the management in university libraries nowadays, proposed the function of ＂humanist＂ in library management innovation, on the premise that the two unite and develop, and introduced the new pattern of library management innovation and many innovative methods.
