摘  要:巨噬细胞Ia抗原表达是反映其抗原提呈功能强弱的重要标志,与免疫应答关系密切。本研究采用流式细胞技术,观察了皮质酮(CORT)后腿肌肉注射复制的小鼠糖皮质激素过剩的“阴虚”模型腹腔巨噬细胞Ia抗原表达的改变,及滋阴代表药物生地黄对其的影响。结果表明:阴虚模型小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)诱导的Ia抗原表达明显高于正常对照组(P<O.01);生地黄则能明显抑制阴虚模型小鼠巨噬细胞Ia抗原的异常表达(P<0.01)。提示表现为免疫异常的阴虚证,其产生机制可能与巨噬细胞表面Ia抗原的异常表达,致使其提呈过量抗原有关;抑制巨噬细胞Ia抗原表达水平,降低其提呈抗原能力,可能是生地黄免疫抑制作用的机理之一。The article reported the observation on the changes of la antigen expression in Celiac macrophage of mouse with ^t'n-deficiency which was modeled by injecting CORT on mouse's musle of hind leg, and the effects of Rehmanniae which was the representative drug of nurishing yin herbs on it. The results showed that the la antigen expression caused by IFN-r in yin-deii-ciency mouse's celiac macrophage was significantly higher than that of normal people (p<0. 01); Rehmanniae could inhibite the abnormal Ta antigen expression of .yzn-defciency mouse's celiac macrophage (p<0. 01). These indicated that Yz'n-defciency syndrome manifested abnormal im-munologic function, Its mechanism might be abnormal expression of la antigen in macrophage, then the inhibition of the la antigen expression level might be the one of mechanisms of immuno-suppression of Rehmarniae.
