摘 要:对回交转育获得的7个遗传背景的HB红花近等基因系以及这7个遗传背景下的39个近等基因姊妹系,在枯萎病与黄萎病混生病圃种植条件下进行了苗病、枯萎病与黄萎病的抗性评价。结果表明,HB红花基因转入陆地棉品种后,不仅对棉花苗病、枯萎病和黄萎病的抗性未带来任何负面影响,而且还在一定程度上提高了棉花的整体抗病水平。比较而言,对提高苗病抗性的效果较为显著,其次是对黄萎病抗性,对枯萎病的抗性几乎没有影响。A total of 39 HB - gene near - isogenic sister lines from 7 genetic backgrounds have been developed through recurrent backcross. The evaluation in resistance to seedling disease, Fusarium and Verticillium wilt diseases was conducted in mixed Verticillium and Fusarium wilt nurse. Results showed that the HB - gene controlling red flower transformed into upland cotton varieties did not bring any negative effects in resistance to seedling disease, Fusarium and Verticillium wilt diseases. To a certain extent, it had increased the overall disease resistance level. Comparatively, the resistance ability to seedling disease was improved more obvious, followed by the resistance to Verticillium wilt. It had almost no impact on the resistance to Fusarium wilt.
