摘　　要：以草浆黑液浓度特征为依据,开发了蒸发燃烧一体化碱回收工艺。热风炉作为草浆造纸碱回收蒸发燃烧一体化的创新设备,用于向碱炉炉膛灌输热量、维持了蒸发燃烧的热平衡;旋风喷淋蒸发器是该系统用于于八热回收和碱灰回收的设备。同时对黑液提取工艺和绿液苛化工艺进行了改进,从而开发出了一种低投入、效益尚好、少排放的草浆造纸碱回收系统。其中的设备有多台获得发明专利。An integrated alkali recovery process of evaporation and combustion was developed in accordance with the characteristics of wheat straw pulp black liquor consistency： As an innovative equipment for integrated alkali recovery, the hot-air furnace can pour heat into the hearth of the alkali recovery boiler with the thermal balance of the evaporation-combustion maintained. Cyclone-shower-evaporator is the equipment for residual heat recovery and alkli ash recovery of the system. The improved black liquor extraction process and improved green liquor causticization process compose a wheat straw pulping liquor alkali recovery system low in investment and preferable in benefit. Several facilities in the system have been patented for invention.
