摘 要:通过电沉积方法在Q235低碳钢上制备出Ni-W-Al2O3纳米复合镀层,采用测定浸泡腐蚀失重和测定交流阻抗的方法研究了其耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:Ni-W-Al2O3纳米复合镀层的耐蚀性优于普通Ni-W镀层;Ni-W-Al2O3纳米复合镀层在电解液中剥蚀发生之前,电化学阻抗谱由一个容抗弧组成,剥蚀后的阻抗谱呈现Warburg阻抗特征。Ni-W-nano Al2O3 composite coating was prepared on low carbon steel using electro-deposition.The electrochemical corrosion behavior of the coating was evaluated by measuring its mass loss when immersed in corrosive medium and the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) was measured as well.The results showed that the Ni-W-nano Al2O3 composite coating had better corrosion resistance than Ni-W alloy coating.The EIS plot of the Ni-W-nano Al2O3 composite coating showed one capacitive arc before the occurrence of the corrosive exfoliating in the electrolyte,then it was dominated by Warburg impedance characteristics after the emergence of the corrosive exfoliating.
